SecondFloor co-operated closely with several third parties: we achieved full integration with the processor First Data for two-way data exchange, an online connection with SCHUFA for third party credit data retrieval and a connection to an SMS service, sending alerts on transactions to cardholders.

Solution
SecondFloor developed a multi-channel card application solution for ING Card to support the business processes and policies, including external interfaces with a credit agency and an external transaction processor. The solution provides online credit card applications, real-time credit rating and automated and flexible risk assessment for credit risk and fraud.

All customers have direct access to a secure personal page, statements and transactions in Excel or PDF format. In addition, they can view these statements in the internet browser, retrieve and change customer and card data such as contact details, credit limits and monthly payments.

This customised solution integrates into the existing environment with an outsourced processor and is compliant with ING Group security standards.
