eFrame is a web based solution for spreadsheets control in management reporting activities. The solution allows organisations to run their spreadsheets in a secured and controlled environment, and it increases the reliability of the input and output data through reporting cycles to support analysis and strategic decision.
With a wide range of integration capabilities, eFrame can fully integrate with EIOPA standard model (currently QIS 5 and any model in the future) and third party internal model implementations, which makes it the ideal solution for Solvency II. This integration supports any calculation on business unit and/or group level for insurance companies to comply with Solvency II requirements. eFrame also comes with an auditors’ guarantee to ensure that this product is auditor approved as well as Solvency II complied.

Automatic Transitions
Automatic transitions allow an eFrame user to perform certain actions automatically. For the first time eFrame supports a complete automated end-to-end workflow where the calculations are started automatically whenever a new file is detected on the file system. Additional benefits of this feature release include the creation of a report as soon as a calculation is executed and the ability to automatically send an e-mail reminder whenever a data file is pending approval.
eFrame Archive/Restore
eFrame Archive/Restore now supports archiving of a single reporting cycle or a complete environment, and to archive data to another server/database. The archive file consists of a ZIP archive, which contains all the binary files and an XML file containing all the metadata. The XML file format allows for easy data manipulation (for example to support schema evolution).
